• Students will be exposed to five learning aspects: Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Cultural Competency. 学生将在这五方面迸行学习: 听力、口语、阅读、写作和文化能力.

• Cantonese classes will be taught using traditional characters and Jyutping.
  粤语班将使用繁体字和粤拼授课.

• Mandarin classes will be taught using simplified characters and Pinyin.
  普通话班将使用简体字和拼音授课.

• My Heritage 我的文化传承 (What you can't know about me by just looking at me? 只凭看我表面不能知道的事情)

• My Food & Drinks Preferences 我的饮食喜好 (What do I like and don't like to eat and drink? 我喜欢和不喜欢的食物)

• My Interest & Hobbies 我的兴趣和嗜好 (What do I like to do on my free time? 在闲时我喜欢做些什么?)

• My Body & Health 我的身体和健康 (How does my body feel and react? 认识身体上的官感)

• My Feelings and Emotions 我的感觉和情绪 (How does my mind feel, and how does my body react? 认识心理上的情感)
